By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
You agree to use the app lawfully and not misuse the service.
You must not upload or share content that:
“User Content” means content you create, upload, or share in the app.
You retain ownership of your User Content.
By uploading/sharing User Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for technical formatting), display, distribute, and use that content to operate, maintain, improve, and promote the app.
You represent that you have all rights needed to upload/share your content and that it does not violate law or third-party rights.
We may review, restrict, remove, or refuse content, and may suspend/limit accounts or community access, when we believe content or behavior violates these Terms, community standards, or applicable law.
If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us at brainblissapps@gmail.com with enough detail to investigate (your contact info, proof of ownership, and content details/URL or identifiers).
The app may use third-party services (for example analytics, payments, ads, notifications, and infrastructure). Their own terms/policies may also apply.
The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from use of the app.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising from your content, your use of the app, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the app at any time, including for violations of these Terms.
We may update these Terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
